To me, above + beyond means to give that little bit extra to push the team to new heights. That could be by helping elevate your teammates, by assisting on a project or training a peer in something they didn't know. It also means meeting clients and candidates on their level while providing fanatical customer service as well as spending time giving back to the community.

Someone who is in your corner, to point out pitfalls, tell you the facts, and give another perspective when it is needed.

I enjoy all types of food but prefer local restaurants over big chains or fast food. If I had to choose a favorite cuisine, I think I would pick Italian. As far as local restaurants go I, am a big fan of The Monarch in Wichita, KS. Good food and one of the best outdoor patios in town!

Meeting candidates over the phone, virtually or in-person, spending time at colleges and universities connecting with students and building relationships within the communities we serve. When I am not connecting with people I am strategizing and refining the candidate experience for applicants and incoming talent.

The next generation of workers. We have had many challenges in the past few years, but these young individuals have incredibly innovative ideas, an inclusive mindset and an entrepreneurial drive.
