How I Help…
Working for Adams Brown has allowed me the opportunity to do what I am passionate about – providing exceptional client service both internally and externally, working daily to find solutions to difficult situations.
If I were to claim I had a superpower, it would be empathy; treating others the way I would like to be treated is always a priority.
What motivates me the most about client service is the constant opportunity for personal and professional growth and improvement. Each interaction allows me to gain new insights, learn from different perspectives and enhance my problem-solving abilities.
In my line of work, we have several elderly clients who have lost their spouses and have never managed their household income or paid bills on their own. Given the trust that we have built with them, they often rely on us for assistance. It is not uncommon for me to sit down with a widowed spouse and help them go through their tax return payments as they write checks and ensure that the amount and the payee are correct. Spending time with them and helping ease their stress during a challenging time brings me great joy and satisfaction.
