How I help . . .

Adams Brown employees are my “clients,” and I strive to promote learning and training opportunities. I support young professionals as they earn their CPA certifications and facilitate leadership training that challenges our emerging leaders to develop level five leadership skills.

MEET DEB
I am a lifelong educator, currently enjoying the world of adult learning at Adams Brown!

Q&A with Deb

What does above+beyond mean to you?
Rather than settling for "good enough," above+beyond is paying attention to the little things that mean a lot: treating each other with kindness, offering excellent service and noticing the details that make a difference.
What is your favorite restaurant and why?
My mother owned a small cafe in Iowa. The Coffee Cup will always be my favorite!
What is your favorite music?
I enjoy leading music at my church. Therefore songs about the faith journey are important to me.
What does your typical day look like?
I love the variety of each day: responding to employee CPE requests, facilitating trainings, learning new things at Focus Area meetings, tracking details and video call conversations with colleagues.
What are you most proud of and why?
It goes without saying that our three adult sons, their wives and children are our #1 source of pride and inspiration!
