How I help . . .
I joined the firm to double the size of the firm, and I’m working on creating a culture of growth and opportunity for our employees. One of my large projects recently has been reorganizing the firm to teams instead of offices to better serve our clients.
My main goal is to build the business to make sure our clients have access to all the services they need. I want to lead change in the firm, and keep us on track. Though change can be scary, it often leads to success and is important to growing the firm.
