This ranking is released annually to recognize the top accounting firms in each region based on revenue. As the largest firm headquartered in Kansas within the Midwest region, the firm had one of the highest growth rates in the area at 12.74% in 2023.

In a year of significant milestones, the firm expanded its service offerings by establishing Adams Brown Technology Specialists, diving into managed IT services and cybersecurity. The firm also grew its footprint and team with the strategic acquisition of VonFeldt, Bauer & VonFeldt and opened a new office in Little Rock, AR.

Following the appointment of Ben Wilson as managing principal and CEO in June 2023, the firm has sharpened its focus on advancing team and client success, guiding the firm toward continued growth.
