LEAD Program: Growing Leaders at Every Level

At Adams Brown, leadership is more than a title—it’s about taking action, building meaningful relationships, and finding purpose in what you do. That’s why we created the LEAD Program, a comprehensive professional development journey designed to empower team members to grow both personally and professionally while driving the firm’s success.

Whether you’re an experienced leader or just starting your career, LEAD provides a structured yet flexible opportunity to sharpen your skills, build connections, and prepare for what’s next.

What Is the LEAD Program?

Drawing inspiration from Jim Collins’ Good to Great, the LEAD Program is rooted in five pillars that define leadership at every level. Each pillar offers 8–10 sessions, blending professionalism, communication, teamwork and firm culture with hands-on exercises, professional reading and personalized manager discussions. These tools help participants not only learn but also apply their skills in real time, making a tangible impact on their teams and the firm.

What Makes LEAD Unique?

  • Learn from the Best:

75% of LEAD sessions are facilitated by Adams Brown’s principals and senior leaders, who bring their passion and expertise to the table.

  • Interactive Learning:

From leading meetings to participating in research calls, participants gain practical, real-world skills they can implement immediately.

  • Customized Growth:

Each season is designed to help individuals identify and refine their leadership styles while addressing areas for improvement.

But what truly sets LEAD apart is its focus on building deeper connections with firm leaders and peers from various focus areas and office locations. As one participant noted:

“I believe the most impactful thing on my personal AND professional growth was hearing different perspectives from others in the group. The presentations gave us tools to grow, but the insights from participants elevated the experience even further.” Sam Jacobs, HR Business Partner (LEAD the FIRM)
